At KAPDA CAFE, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to truly love what you receive and enjoy the comfort our products bring to your home. Every item is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch, but in the rare event that something isn’t right, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our support team with your order ID along with clear images or a short video of the product highlighting the issue. This helps us assess the concern quickly and efficiently.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout

Please note:

  • Products purchased during sales, special offers, or clearance events may not be eligible for return or refund

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless found to be defective or damaged
